Precision
Recruiting.
No misses. Just matches. The 1-100 Target Score connects the right basketball talent with the right program — instantly.
Built by people who know the game.
Bullseye Sports Recruiting was founded on a simple belief: every athlete deserves a shot at the right college destination — and every coach deserves to find the right fit for their program.
We are committed to bridging the gap between talent and opportunity. For athletes, that means a clear, verified path to programs that match their skill level, academics, and ambitions. For coaches, that means a precision-filtered pipeline of prospects who actually fit what they are building.
Our team is made up of experienced coaches, dedicated trainers, and former athletes who have lived the recruiting process from every angle. We have sat in the gym at 6 AM, toured campuses with families, and made the calls that change careers. That first-hand experience is what powers the Target Score and every feature we build.
No misses. Just matches.
A 60-second tour.
Watch how Bullseye turns measurements, IQ, and program fit into a single 1-100 Target Score and a matched shortlist.
Talent is measured.
So is mindset.
A 40-statement self-assessment scores eight competitive traits — drive, resilience, coachability, focus, confidence, composure, leadership, and team orientation — into one psych profile that sits alongside the Target Score and Bullseye Match.
- → Free for every athlete, straight from the dashboard.
- → Athletes see their full trait breakdown and growth areas.
- → Prime and Elite coaches see the score and traits — never individual answers.
Help build the future of
basketball recruiting.
We're looking for founding coach advisors. Leave honest feedback and your input will directly shape the features we build.
"After nearly 18 years of developing basketball players, I've seen the recruiting process from both sides. Athletes struggle to find the right fit, while coaches spend countless hours sorting through emails, highlight films, and recruiting databases."

Stop guessing.
Start targeting.
Athletes guess who is watching. Coaches guess who fits. Bullseye replaces the guesswork with two numbers — a Target Score for talent and a Bullseye Match % for fit.
- 01 Your 1-100 Target Score is built on verified measurements, skills, academics, and film IQ — not hype or who your coach knows.
- 02 A projected level tells you where you realistically play, so you stop chasing the wrong offers.
- 03 Bullseye Match % shows which programs fit how you actually play, style and role included.
- 04 Coaches can find you even before you upgrade — matching does not require a paid profile.
- 05 Film IQ testing and the psych evaluation give you proof beyond a highlight reel.
- 01 You do not need more names. Every athlete is ranked by fit against your own program profile.
- 02 Set your minimum match tier and get alerted only when an athlete clears your bar.
- 03 Assign gated film IQ tests that pause before the read and score decision-making, not guessing.
- 04 See psych trait profiles across eight competitive traits — never individual answers.
- 05 Hit Bullseye on a profile and your program lands on that athlete's interested-schools list.
No misses. Just matches.
